ONLINE MADE-TO-ORDER WEDDING DRESSES
If your wedding date is more than 3–5 months away, you may place an order for a made-to-order gown. Your wedding dress will be specially produced according to your selected size range and height.
After submitting your request through our website, WhatsApp or email, Mari Fin Bridal will contact you to confirm your order details and discuss any requested customizations.
If you would like the gown exactly as shown on our website, your order may proceed once we receive:
- your measurements;
- your confirmation;
- and full payment.
If you would like to personalize your gown — for example by adding sleeves, changing the skirt, adjusting the length or selecting another color — additional customization fees may apply.
Mari Fin Bridal will assist you throughout the ordering process via email, phone or WhatsApp communication.
Final designs and modifications may be confirmed with you before placing the production order with the designer or supplier.
PRODUCT COLORS & IMAGES
We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric dye lots and handmade production processes.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
CUSTOM DESIGN MODIFICATIONS
Any requested customization or modification to an original gown design may affect the final appearance, fit, structure or production timeline of the dress.
Customized gowns and modified designs are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery timelines for made-to-order gowns range between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the designer and production schedule.
Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional rush service fees.
Shipping fees are charged separately before dispatch and depend on the delivery location.

- The Netherlands

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to supplier production schedules, shipping delays or circumstances beyond our control.
REFUNDS – MADE-TO-ORDER GOWNS
Made-to-order wedding gowns are specially produced for each customer and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once a production order has been confirmed and placed with the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Mari Fin Bridal cannot accept responsibility for any body shape, size or weight changes occurring after the order has been placed.

Our liability for shipping issues or transport delays is strictly limited to the value of the purchased goods.
ONLINE SAMPLE SALE / ARCHIVE SALE DRESSES
Mari Fin Bridal offers a selection of sample sale and archive sale wedding dresses available for immediate purchase and delivery.
These dresses may have been used for showroom fittings, photoshoots or display purposes and may show minor signs of handling or wear.
All sample dresses are sold in their existing condition.
Customers are encouraged to review sizing information carefully before purchase.
Minor alterations may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT
We only accept advance payment through the payment methods available on our website.
All online payments are securely processed using SSL encryption technology.
DELIVERY OF SAMPLE DRESSES
Sample dresses are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days.
If delivery delays occur, Mari Fin Bridal will notify the customer as soon as possible.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
RETURNS – SAMPLE SALE DRESSES
Customers may request a return for eligible online sample sale purchases within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Returned items must:
- be in the same condition as received;
- be returned unworn and unaltered;
- include original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to use tracked and insured shipping services.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Made-to-order gowns are excluded from the right of return.
JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

IN-STORE PURCHASES & SHOWROOM ORDERS
MADE-TO-ORDER GOWNS PURCHASED IN BOUTIQUE
After selecting your gown during your bridal appointment, our consultants will take measurements and place your order.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of purchase.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be fully paid before alteration appointments or before collection of the gown.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery timelines range between 4–12 weeks depending on the designer and production schedule.
Delivery dates are estimates only and slight delays may occasionally occur.
Rush production services may be recommended when wedding timelines are shorter.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
Bridal appointments at Mari Fin Bridal are private and complimentary. We kindly ask clients to inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time in order to respect other scheduled brides.
Mari Fin Bridal reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments in cases of inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows or abuse of staff.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order after production has started, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Mari Fin Bridal cannot be held responsible for changes in body shape, weight fluctuations or pregnancy occurring after the order has been placed.

ALTERATIONS
Alteration costs are not included in the gown price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Alteration services are a separate agreement between the customer and the seamstress.
Most wedding dresses require some level of tailoring to achieve the desired fit.
Mari Fin Bridal offers in-house atelier services, however customers may also choose an external seamstress.
STORAGE & COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Once a customer has been notified that their gown is ready for collection, Mari Fin Bridal cannot be held responsible for delays in collection beyond the agreed period.
Long-term storage of gowns is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS
If purchased goods are not collected within 3 months after notification that the gown has arrived, the agreement may be considered cancelled without further notice.
Any payments already made will not be refunded.
The gown may subsequently be returned to stock and resold.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Mari Fin Bridal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, delayed deliveries, supplier delays, third-party services or alteration work performed outside of Mari Fin Bridal.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain services available through our website may be provided by trusted third parties, including payment providers, shipping companies, analytics providers and marketing platforms.
Mari Fin Bridal is not responsible for interruptions, errors or failures caused by third-party systems or providers.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, archive sale pricing and discount campaigns are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Mari Fin Bridal reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website in case of misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
Mari Fin Bridal shall not be held liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- shipping disruptions;
- strikes;
- pandemics;
- fire;
- energy failures;
- technical failures;
- telecommunication disruptions;
- webshop downtime.
In such situations, Mari Fin Bridal reserves the right to suspend or terminate obligations without compensation.
