HOW CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You can make an appointment via the booking form on the website. Choose the most suitable date and hour and fill in the required information. You can also contact our team by email at info@marifinbridal.be or What's up for extra questions regarding your appointment.
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours ’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your fitting.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING or WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Try to wear minimum make-up to ensure not to leave stains on the dresses you try on. Make sure you're wearing comfy and nude-colored undergarments. A nude strapless bra (in the correct size) and a no-show pair of panties is the safest choice.
WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We suggest you limit the guest list to whose style opinion you value.
CAN I COMPLETE MY ENTIRE LOOK IN ONE APPOINTMENT?
We also offer veils, headpieces, and jewelry.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
We suggest you order your wedding gown 6-5 months before your wedding date to avoid rush fees, as all gowns are made on order.
WHAT IF MY WEDDING IS FEWER THAN 6-5 MONTHS AWAY?
Don’t Panic, we can create your dream dress, but a rush fee may be incurred to guarantee enough time for fittings and delivery. As well we have a wide range of Sample Sale dresses in our studio and on the website, so you can make a purchase directly.
How can I pay at your studio?
We accept payment via Bankcontact, Mastercard, and Visa. You also can pay with cash.
Made-to-Order
WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN WHEN ORDERING MY GOWN?
Made-to-order means that your gown will be handmade especially for you to your size range and height. The majority of wedding dresses will need some little alterations.
DO YOU OFFER TO CUSTOMIZE GOWNS?
Depending on the style and designer, a variety of altercations can be made: adding sleeves, short sleeves or long sleeves, the color of the dress or length of the dress, extra add skirt or cape above your original gown, etc. Feel free to discuss with our team all your wishes and get stylist advice.
WHEN I FIND MY DRESS, WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT TO ORDER?
We require a 50% deposit to place your order. Once your order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made since all orders are custom. The remaining 50% is due upon dress arrival.
When will my dress be ready?
Generally, our gowns take 2-4 months to arrive, and you should plan for one to two months for alterations. Because we’re a small boutique, we do not offer in-house alterations, but we’ll recommend some experts whom we love. In cases where you live far away, you may want to use a reputable seamstress close to home to make traveling easier.
Are alterations included in the price of my gown?
No, we do not perform alterations at our boutique, although we’ll happily refer you to a trusted seamstress to perfect your gown.

How can I place a remote order?
Once you have chosen to order your new wedding dress on our website and contacted us via what’s up or email, the Mari Fin Bridal team will send you a confirmation and contact you to gather more information regarding any changes you would like to make to your wedding dress.
Can I customize my wedding dress?
Note, there can be charges for changes made to wedding gowns.
How do I know my size?
Your wedding gown will be made to your size range and your height.

What wedding dresses can I order via your webshop?
We have some stock of wedding dresses together with the sample sales in Mari Fin Bridal studio, in limited sizes and colors. These dresses are available for immediate purchase on our website and urgent delivery. . If little adjustments should be made, they can be easily adjusted by your trusted seamstress at your expense.
How do I know my size?
Before placing your order, please check the size chart. We also have the HOW-TO-TAKE- YOUR-MEASUREMENTS-YOURSELF video tutorial, which can be very helpful.
Delivery of online orders
Which countries does Mari Fin Bridal deliver to?
We deliver exclusively in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. If you want to submit a delivery address outside of these countries, take, please, contact our team via email or what’s up for further support.
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?
If you wish to change delivery details, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
What is the delivery time?
If we are not able to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the end of the delivery period. If we do not, you can cancel your order for free. In that case, we will refund you within 7-14 days after the dissolution of the agreement.
What if my order arrived damaged or arrived late?
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage suffered due to late delivery or non-delivery by the transporter assigned by the company. In such cases, our liability remains limited to the value of the goods of which it is shown that they were not received by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
What happens if I change my mind after I have ordered my ‘Made-to Order’ dress?
We do not offer refunds for Made-to-Order wedding dresses purchased. As your gown is made especially for you to your size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. After the sales, order contract has been signed and the order placed, we cannot accept the return and make a refund. If you need to cancel your order in extreme circumstances or you change your mind about your wedding dress, we will still keep 50% of the deposit you paid for your wedding dress. You must contact info@marifinbridal.be to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of your production date.
Can I return a Sample Sale dress purchased in the Mari Fin Bridal store?
If you buy a sample sale wedding gown from the showroom, we request payment in full. This type of wedding dress sale is 'non-refundable.
How I can return items purchased via the Mari Fin Bridal webshop?
If you decide not to keep your wedding dress, please send it back within 14 days from the date of receipt. You must immediately inform us via email: info@marifinbridal.be that you are making a return. A return form will be emailed to you, once you have emailed this back to us, we will send you a return address. Once your wedding dress has been received and inspected, we will issue you a full refund on the same day.
Please send your item back in the same condition you received it and please ensure you use a tracked and signed for service, with shipping insurance as we will not refund missing items or goods damaged in transit. We do not refund postage fees.
Can I return jewelry?
To protect your health and the health of others, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on purchases of pierced earrings. If for any reason your order is faulty, please contact our team via info@marifinbridal.be with images of the fault to arrange a repair, exchange, or credit note.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
