Shipping and returns

• All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving delivery.

• The cost of returning is covered by the customer.

• Fill in return form which was send together with your purchase, pack it with the return item and send it to our store address

• Once your wedding dress has been received and inspected, we will issue you a full refund on the same day.
